Senior Mobile Flutter Engineer

As a Senior Mobile Flutter Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing high-quality mobile applications that run seamlessly on both iOS and Android platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers and product experts to deliver innovative features at scale, contributing to the evolution of productivity-focused software solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment where technical excellence, creativity, and collaboration drive impactful results. You will have the autonomy to influence architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and continuously improve mobile app performance and usability. • Accountabilities
• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement scalable, high-performance features.
• Participate in architectural design decisions and ensure adherence to best practices in mobile development.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing knowledge of Flutter and mobile development principles.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting thorough testing.
• Optimize mobile apps for performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends and tools to continuously improve solutions.
• Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in mobile development roles.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing mobile apps with Flutter (Dart).
• Strong experience with native iOS and/or Android development.
• Solid understanding of mobile ecosystems, including platform-specific guidelines and best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in collaborating with distributed, multicultural teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
