Senior Backend C# Engineer

As a Senior Backend C# Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining robust backend systems that power modern applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, frontend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment. The role requires expertise in .NET, C#, cloud-based architectures, and modern data environments, allowing you to influence architecture decisions and contribute to innovative solutions. You will also engage in code reviews, testing, and solution feasibility assessments, ensuring software reliability and maintainability. This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Latin America while staying connected to a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

• Accountabilities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy backend software solutions using C# and .NET technologies.
• Build scalable and maintainable cloud-based applications leveraging AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and frontend engineers to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate actively in Scrum processes, code reviews, prototyping, and solution feasibility assessments.
• Write unit tests, document technical details, and proactively resolve software issues to ensure reliability.
• Interface with databases such as PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Snowflake, and AWS DynamoDB.
• Use Git and Linux command-line tools to manage version control and development workflows.
• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with C# and .NET backend development.
• 5+ years of experience working with AWS cloud services.
• Strong experience with SQL and relational/non-relational databases.
• 3+ years of experience with Event Driven Architecture.
• Advanced English communication skills to collaborate effectively with international clients.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to software quality and best practices.
