We are seeking a highly skilled, full-stack engineer to help build and scale a cutting-edge automation platform. In this role, you will design and implement both backend services and frontend interfaces that orchestrate real-world processes at global scale. You will work on high-performance systems handling massive data flows, integrating third-party services, and delivering intuitive user experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and takes ownership of end-to-end solutions. Your contributions will directly shape the platform's architecture, reliability, and ability to deliver intelligent automation across industries worldwide.

Accountabilities:
  • Architect, design, and build backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that form the platform's foundation.
  • Develop scalable microservices and event-driven workflows to automate complex, real-world processes.
  • Create responsive, intuitive frontend interfaces for monitoring, controlling, and visualizing automation systems.
  • Ensure reliability, fault tolerance, and observability for high-throughput, multi-region systems.
  • Integrate with external APIs and services to deliver seamless automation experiences.
  • Mentor other engineers, drive technical decisions, and define engineering standards and long-term architecture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical solutions with business goals and product requirements.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience with backend frameworks such as or Python (FastAPI).
  • Proficiency with frontend frameworks like React or equivalent modern libraries.
  • Deep knowledge of AWS, including serverless technologies (Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge, SQS).
  • Experience designing and implementing distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Proven track record of building scalable, production-grade APIs and real-time systems.
  • Passion for automation, intelligent workflows, and simplifying complex processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, product-oriented mindset, and ability to lead initiatives end-to-end.
  • Experience in remote-first, fast-paced environments is a plus.
