Take ownership of continuous improvements
As a Manufacturing Specialist - Facility Management , you will be responsible for:
- Managing space/offices in the Talamona plant
- Supporting operations of soft facility operations, like cleaning, gardening, canteen, waste management
- Plan suppliers access for the execution of hard and soft facility maintenance activity; registration of maintenance result in MAXIMO database.
- Collaborate with sourcing department to guarantee the respect of Orders
- Verify the orders emitted with particular attention at Bullet Train and P&E job budget respect
- Preparing customer and leadership visit from facility standpoint
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Show strong industry experience in this field, and a Facility Operations background
- Be fluent in Italian, English knowledge is also preferred
- Show expertise in Facilities Operations
- Show Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Display Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Lead initiatives of wide scope and impact.
- Be able to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
- Demonstrate effective problem identification, solution skills, and proven analytical and organizational ability.
