We are currently looking for a enthusiastic Junior IT System Administrator to fill the opened position in our Varna office.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze, support, troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install computer systems, hardware, network, and network connections, security, and equipment related to computer peripherals
  • User administration: manage requests for new employees, equipment, and corporate system access and provide support to offices in other locations, maintain user profiles in the Active Directory/Entra ID, working with MS Intune
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updates, equipment checks, and basic monitoring.
  • Follow established procedures and document recurring issues and solutions.
  • Escalate complex incidents to senior team members when required.
  • Ensure that all work follows company IT and security guidelines.

Required Skills, Education, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support or service desk
  • Good understanding of Windows OS (Windows 11/Server and PC hardware.
  • Basic understanding of networking
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail.

Additional Skills Considered an Advantage

  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, or other identity management systems is a plus.
  • Experience with Windows Server and basic server administration.
  • Exposure to virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper‑V).
  • Basic knowledge of switches, VLANs, or firewall concepts.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security tools (e.g., SentinelOne).
  • Experience with MS Intune or other device‑management platforms.
