  • AI & LLM Technical Expert

La persona selezionata sarà un punto di riferimento tecnico per il team, fornendo una solida base di competenze in ambito AI e sviluppo software. Sarà responsabile dell'avanzamento di progetti complessi, partecipando attivamente al loro sviluppo e delegando specifici task tecnici ad altri membri del team quando necessario, pur mantenendone la gestione. Collaborerà attivamente con i colleghi per tradurre le esigenze del business in soluzioni AI efficaci e innovative, contribuendo sia alla progettazione che all'implementazione.

Attività:


• Supportare il team con competenze tecniche approfondite in AI e sviluppo software (C++, C#, Python e principali librerie e framework);


• Prendere in carico progetti, gestendone le fasi chiave e delegando attività tecniche specifiche;


• Collaborare con le funzioni di business e con il team di sviluppo per comprendere i requisiti e trasformarli in soluzioni concrete;


• Sviluppare e implementare strategie AI che migliorino i processi aziendali;


• Monitorare le tendenze del settore e proporre nuove tecnologie/metodologie;


• Utilizzo HPC (High Performance Computer) per testing e deployment di modelli di ML/DL (Machine Learning, Computer visione, Deep Learning, LLM);


• Contribuire alla crescita delle competenze del team attraverso formazione e supporto;

Progetti:

  • Nuove scenari di simulazione e ottimizzazione di processi Manufacturing negli stabilimenti;
  • Sviluppo nuovo sistema calcolo spaziale per comparazioni modelli CAD e scansioni 3D
  • Creazione pool agenti AI a supporto di processi e attività strategiche in ambito Procurement & Engineering

Requisiti:


• Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria, Matematica o discipline affini;


• Esperienza consolidata (almeno 3 anni) in progetti di AI/ML e sviluppo software, preferibilmente in contesti strutturati;


• Ottima conoscenza di machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision;


• Padronanza di almeno due tra C++, C# e Python, con capacità di sviluppo comprovate;


• Esperienza con strumenti e piattaforme AI, inclusi LLM e soluzioni genAI;


• Buone capacità di comunicazione e attitudine al lavoro in team;


• Proattività, orientamento al risultato e problem solving creativo;

Smart Working 40% (2 gg a settimana)
