LOGISTICS OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - Impiegato/a Logistico
.

Ruolo e mansione

La persona selezionata, riportando al Logistics Operations Manager, si occuperà della supervisione delle operazioni logistiche quali:

  • Monitoraggio giornaliero delle attività di consegna ai clienti;
  • Gestione tramite applicativo della preparazione di ordini per clienti (Verifica disponibilità magazzino, pianificazione della consegna, tracciamento ordine tramite gestionale, ecc..)
  • Reportistica ed analisi degli ordini eCommerce errati per garantire un buon servizio ai clienti;
  • Supportare i colleghi in attività affini nei momenti di necessità;
  • Monitorare e gestire le richieste dei clienti ed eventuali reclami (Gestione Ticket Resi);
  • Partecipare a nuovi progetti;
  • Mantenere relazioni con i fornitori esterni, con il servizio clienti e con i colleghi della divisione eCommerce.

Requisiti e Competenze Richieste

  • Laurea magistrale o triennale
  • Esperienza in ruoli simili con focus sulle attività di assistenza clienti
  • Conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, Excel, Power Point e Word
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese scritta e parlata.

Requisiti preferenziali:

  • Conoscenza della piattaforma TMS

Pensiero sistemico ed analitico; doti relazionali, comunicative e negoziali; problem solving; apertura mentale, flessibilità e capacità di lavorare in team completano il profilo.

ALTRE INFORMAZIONI

Per la posizione di Logistics Operations Specialist si offre: Assunzione in somministrazione con concrete possibilità di assunzione successiva da parte del cliente.

CCNL Commercio livello 3 RAL indicativa 28/30 + buoni pasto e smart working 2 volte a settimana dopo un periodo iniziale di formazione).

Orario di lavoro: full time 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 9.00 alle 18.00.

Sede di lavoro: Milano zona Porta Nuova
