ABOUT SZ

We are a dynamic and creative communication boutique based in Milan, specialising in integrated online and offline communication.

ROLE

We are looking for a creative, proactive and digitally savvy Social Media Intern to join our team. The selected candidate will support the team with the development and execution of social media strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, community engagement, and content performance across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities include:


•⁠ ⁠Supporting the creation and implementation of social media strategies for a variety of clients, ensuring alignment with each brand's identity and communication goals.


•⁠ ⁠Managing day-to-day social media activities (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.), including content scheduling, publishing and community management.


•⁠ ⁠Developing editorial calendars and supporting content production (copy, visuals, stories, and videos) in collaboration with the creative team.


•⁠ ⁠Contributing to concept development, new content formats and digital campaign ideas.


•⁠ ⁠Monitoring trends, conversations, competitors and platform updates to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.


•⁠ ⁠Tracking performance across all channels and supporting the preparation of reports and strategic insights based on KPIs and analytics tools.

REQUIREMENTS


•⁠ ⁠Degree in Communication, Marketing, Management or a related field.


•⁠ ⁠Minimum of 6 months of proven experience in social media management (mandatory).


•⁠ ⁠Professional proficiency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.


•⁠ ⁠A creative mindset with strong aesthetic sensibility and a solid understanding of social media channels, trends and best practices.


•⁠ ⁠Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.


•⁠ ⁠A proactive and collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a solution-oriented attitude.
