DG Beauty
is looking for a
Global Business Controller
to join the Global Finance Team.

This role will partner closely with Regional teams and HQ functions, focusing on financial governance and performance management across the Beauty business. The position will support budgeting and forecasting, category and channel performance analysis, product profitability, actuals and reporting, and strategic business insights aligned with the dynamics of the beauty market.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing activities for the Beauty business, ensuring alignment with regional and global financial targets.
  • Develop and deliver insightful dashboards and presentations to support decision‑making across categories, franchises, channels, and regions.
  • Conduct in‑depth analyses of business performance across product lines, axes, channels, and regions, with specific focus on beauty‑industry KPIs such as sell‑in, sell‑out, mix, and margin.
  • Contribute to system enhancements and data integration to strengthen advanced analytics, enabling multi‑dimensional performance tracking (e.g., channel, axis, category, product line).

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Finance.
  • 3+ years of experience; previous experience in the Beauty, Cosmetics, or Fashion/Luxury industry is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; experience with SAP and BI tools—ideally Power BI, Tagetik, and Anaplan—is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
  • Positive, proactive, and solution‑oriented attitude.
