Role Overview:

We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and technology. In this role, you'll craft seamless, intuitive experiences, ensuring our products are as powerful as they are user-friendly.

What You'll Do:

• Customer-Obsessed: Gather user insights, refine experiences, and design solutions that genuinely solve problems.
• Design Leadership: Own the end-to-end UI/UX process, from research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
• Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and User Researchers to deliver world-class digital products.
• Agile Execution: Work in fast-paced, iterative development cycles, ensuring designs evolve with user needs and business goals.
• Communication: Present your work confidently, articulating design choices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Pixel-Perfect Craftsmanship: Bring meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every interaction is both intuitive and visually stunning.

Your Expertise:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both visual design and user-centered research.
• Experience in B2B SaaS solutions in financial (capital markets, structured finance, banking, etc.) or fintech context
• Mastery of design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), and prototyping tools.
• Strong awareness of the impact and opportunities presented by Generative AI in UX/UI design—ability to leverage AI-driven tools for ideation, prototyping, personalization, and user research.
• Interest in exploring AI-enhanced workflows and integrating AI into design processes to enhance efficiency and creativity.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, including wireframing, interaction design, and accessibility best practices.
• Strong collaboration skills, thriving in cross-functional, agile teams.
• Exceptional communication, able to articulate design decisions with clarity and impact.
• Experience in agile environments, delivering top-notch designs in rapid iteration cycles.
