About Green Future Project

We are a B Corp, Benefit Corporation, and RINA digital partner, founded to support companies on their sustainability journey through innovative software solutions. We offer the ESG Suite, a modular technological ecosystem, where businesses can adopt a single software module or integrate several to build a complete sustainability strategy. In plain English: we build tools that help businesses understand, improve, and communicate their sustainability performance.

Design plays a central role in how we communicate complex ideas and make sustainability actionable. We believe design can drive real change, and we're looking for someone who shares that belief.

The role

As our UX/UI Designer, you'll work closely with our
Chief Product Officer

to translate business requirements and strategic objectives into clear, intuitive interfaces and product improvements.

This role leans slightly toward
UI and visual design

, so you'll be using your craft to elevate the quality, clarity, and consistency of our product. Still, strong UX thinking is key: we want someone who can understand problems before designing solutions.

This is a great opportunity to
learn about sustainability and ESG

while applying your design skills in the
B2B world

. You'll get to work on real projects from day one, get hands-on mentorship, and see your designs make an immediate impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Work with the Chief Product Officer to understand business goals, feature requirements, and user expectations.
  • Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, and UI designs that are clear, functional, and visually consistent.
  • Refine concepts and designs based on feedback from product, engineering, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to improving and maintaining our design system and interface patterns.
  • Create UI assets and support engineering in implementing designs accurately.
  • Help bring structure and clarity to complex sustainability workflows through thoughtful interface design.

You'll do great here if you

  • Have
    2–4 years of UX/UI Design experience

, preferably in software or apps product development.
- Can bridge business and design: Understanding both the "why" and the "how."
- Have strong UI skills: layout, spacing, hierarchy, and visual consistency.
- Master
Figma

for UX and UI work.
- Communicate clearly and can explain your reasoning.
- Are curious about sustainability.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have worked on SaaS or B2B platforms.
  • Understand design systems and modular UI thinking.
  • Familiar with design thinking methodology applied to new features development and UX improvements.
  • Have collaborated with product and engineering stakeholders.
