Your RoleWe are looking for a passionate and result-driven Solution Development Hospitality & Residential professional to join our Hospitality team at Technogym HQ in Cesena (Italy). In this role, you will report to our Solution Manager H&R, and you will be responsible for supporting the leadership in identifying, implementing, and managing strategic business solutions to address specific challenges and/or customer needs. In this role, you will collaborate with Marketing, GSN, and specific segment teams to develop, deliver, and promote solutions across various markets, ensuring continuous innovation and engagement of key stakeholders.
Your Impact- Implementation of Total Technogym Solutions for the H&R segment
- Proactively foster the development of new ingredients of H&R solutions: focus on working and updating constantly with PM / internal stakeholders to facilitate an effective and timely GSP execution
- Work with the Marketing team to develop all solution-selling materials (leaflets, PPTs, Videos) and manage the H&R OneDrive sales routine repositories
- Proactively foster the development of partnerships with external companies that are functional to the strategy of the segment ( digital partnerships, facility management cooperations,…)
- Develop and deliver sell-out materials for solution and brand promotion at top locations, in collaboration with the Marketing team
- Manage the H&R solution development plan and recurrently provide updates
- In collaboration with our Sales Academy organize international training sessions for the sales network about Solution-specific content ( Solution Camp, distributors' Workshops,..)
- Proactively collect best practices from the market and organize the sharing with salespeople worldwide (Weekly calls, best practice go to market,…)
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. Experience of, or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable, along with excellent account management/solution selling/strategic thinking/relationship skills.
What you should bring:
- Master's Degree in Hospitality, Economics, Business, Marketing, or other relevant fields.
- +5y of experience within Sales and/or Marketing functions in the relevant industries fitness/luxury industry.
- Strong attitude towards financial analysis, statistics, and benchmarking
- Ability to deliver presentations and training
- Project management and marketing skills
- English fluency
