Your team

The Customer Value Management mission is to maximize the lifetime value of Snai's Online customer base through engagement and promotional strategies tailored to different segments, and by delivering a seamless and engaging customer experience across all touchpoints, while providing actionable business insights and ensuring robust data governance for the online domain.

Your role

As the Betting Public Promotions Associate Manager, you will plan, execute, and optimize high-visibility promotional campaigns for the Betting vertical, driving player engagement, feature adoption, and cross-sell. You will collaborate with Product teams on new products and markets launches and site feature rollouts, ensure seamless campaign execution, and maintain accurate reporting and operational processes. You will identify new promotional opportunities and continuously improve campaign performance, by monitoring market trends and competitors.

What you'll do

· Plan, build, and execute public promotions campaigns for the Betting vertical, focusing on high-visibility, large-scale initiatives that support game launches, feature adoption, and player engagement and cross-sell.

· Own the planning and continuous optimization of key and "always-on" promotions), ensuring performance, sustainability, and alignment with broader commercial goals.

· Partner with Product teams to support the commercial launch of new markets, features, or site functionalities. Define promotional priorities and optimize the customer display via on-site and app ensuring full alignment with calendar events, new feature rollouts, and market opportunities.

· Maintain campaign reporting and operational processes to ensure flawless execution and internal visibility.

· Support the identification of new promotional opportunities and the improvement of campaign effectiveness through regular monitoring of market competitors.

· Act as second-level support for issues related to Betting public promotions, collaborating with Customer Care and Tech teams to ensure timely resolution and seamless player experience.

What you'll bring

· years of experience in CRM, promotions, or campaign management, ideally in the online gaming industry or a similarly fast-paced, data-driven environment.

· Solid knowledge promotional campaign logic.

· Hands-on experience with CRM tools and automation platforms

· Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and turn data into actionable next steps.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in parallel.

· Passion for Betting products and the gaming industry, with a customer-centric approach to problem solving.

· Master's degree in marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

· Collaborative team player with strong communication skills, fluent in both Italian and English.
