The Impact You'll Make in this Role
The Human Resources Department at
Solventum Italy
is undergoing a phase of exciting evolution and transformation and we are looking for an
HR intern
to join the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience working across the full spectrum of HR operations while supporting the continuous improvement of people processes aimed at enhancing in Country employee well-being and engagement.

Supporting the HR Manager, you will also ensure the correct implementation of HR processes and operations in the Country.

Here's an example of how you will make an impact:

  • Working HR admin on onboarding, terminations, benefits and compensation processes
  • Helping with reporting and dashboard creation
  • Managing HR tools and platforms (e.g., Workday) and assisting in queries and employee requests
  • Participating in Performance Review and Salary Review processes
  • Helping evaluate and improve existing HR processes in collaboration with local and international colleagues, teams and specialist HR functions (i.e. HR Admin, Payroll, Talent Acquisition etc.)

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Humanities (Human Resources, Psychology, Educational Sciences, or similar)
  • Previous experience as an HR generalist as a plus but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and HR platforms (Workday ideally)
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Team spirit, strong curiosity and proactivity, eagerness to learn and cross-cultural sensitivity
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and attention to detail
  • Interest in the healthcare sector
