Job role

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Process Automation Expert to design, develop, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. As a Process Automation Expert, you will work closely with business analysts, process owners, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions using tools like UiPath, Power Automate or Blue Prism.

What will you do

• Solution Design & Development:
  - Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
  - Design and develop RPA workflows using industry-standard tools.
  -Create and maintain technical documentation for RPA solutions.
• Process Analysis & Optimization:
  -Collaborate with process owners and analysts to optimize workflows for automation.
  -Ensure developed solutions align with business needs and technical requirements.
• Deployment & Maintenance:
  - Deploy RPA bots in production environments and ensure smooth operation.
  - Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing RPA solutions to ensure performance and reliability.
  - Perform upgrades or enhancements as needed to keep solutions updated and relevant.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver timely results.
  -Provide training and support to end users for implemented solutions.
• Compliance & Standards:
  - Ensure all RPA solutions meet security, compliance, and quality standards.
  - Follow best practices in RPA development, including coding standards and version control.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Apps, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Experience with programming languages like C#, VB.NET, Python, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of database querying (SQL) and APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with OCR technologies and AI/ML integration in automation is a plus.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development and implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end automation projects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• RPA Developer certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional).
