We are looking for an experienced Head of Construction to lead the delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects across Europe, with a primary focus on Italy. As part of a global IPP with an expanding portfolio of solar and storage projects, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of sustainable energy infrastructure.

What You'll Do

  • Take full ownership of construction operations for solar PV and BESS projects in Europe, ensuring timely delivery and top-quality standards.
  • Support business development by evaluating new technologies and markets, and assist the development team from permitting through Notice to Proceed (NTP).
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of EPC projects, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions when needed.
  • Manage budgets, analyze variances, and ensure cost efficiency across all projects.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary construction team, including Project Managers and Site Supervisors.
  • Develop strategies to optimize construction costs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and uphold the highest safety and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Engineering degree preferred.
  • Proven experience managing EPC projects in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of construction regulations and practices in Italy.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
