La posizione

Il/La Restaurant Manager sarà responsabile della gestione operativa, organizzativa e qualitativa dei servizi di ristorazione del Resort, garantendo standard di eccellenza coerenti con il posizionamento luxury della struttura e con la filosofia del Gruppo RHC.

Principali responsabilità

  • Gestione e coordinamento di tutte le attività di ristorazione (ristorante, beach club, bar, colazioni, banchetti, matrimoni)
  • Supervisione e formazione del team di sala, promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro collaborativo e orientato all'eccellenza
  • Garanzia di un'esperienza gastronomica di alto livello per l'ospite, curando servizio, accoglienza e customer satisfaction
  • Collaborazione con la Direzione e la Cucina per la definizione di menu, standard di servizio e strategie operative
  • Controllo dei costi, gestione del budget e monitoraggio delle performance economiche
  • Assicurare il rispetto delle normative HACCP, sicurezza e standard qualitativi aziendali

Requisiti

  • Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo di Restaurant Manager o similare in hotel 4/5 stelle o ristorazione di alto livello
  • Esperienza nella gestione di banchetti, eventi e matrimoni di alto livello
  • Ottime capacità di leadership, organizzazione e problem solving
  • Forte orientamento all'ospite e attenzione al dettaglio
  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua italiana e inglese (una terza lingua è considerata un plus)
  • Capacità di lavorare in contesti dinamici e stagionali
  • Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche di servizio e delle dinamiche F&B di lusso
