Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients in navigating our services and products, ensuring an outstanding user experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate any potential issues or trends to management for resolution.
- Contribute to team projects and initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and working proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude towards challenges.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture.
