Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients in navigating our services and products, ensuring an outstanding user experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate any potential issues or trends to management for resolution.
  • Contribute to team projects and initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and working proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude towards challenges.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is an advantage.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture.
