Collaborerai strettamente con il team di marketing per sviluppare e implementare campagne di marketing innovative. Il tuo lavoro contribuirà ad aumentare la visibilità del marchio, coinvolgere il pubblico target e favorire la crescita e il successo complessivo dei nostri prodotti. Portando nuove idee e soluzioni creative, giocherai un ruolo chiave nel plasmare la presenza del marchio sul mercato.

Come sarà la tua agenda:

• Svilupperai i business plan e i piani di Marketing a breve e a lungo termine
• Realizzerai i piani di sviluppo di prodotti e preparazione di report relativi allo stato di avanzamento di progetti specifici
• Preparerai e presenterai revisioni di budget e previsioni per i prodotti assegnati
• Analizzerai i dati di mercato, con la finalità di fornire informazioni a supporto del processo decisionale.
• Fornirai supporto operativo alle attività di programmazione, esecuzione, monitoraggio e valutazione di campagne pubblicitarie sui media, di promozioni al trade ed al consumer, nonché di programmi relativi a prezzi, qualità e confezioni

Il tuo team:

Riporterai direttamente al Product Manager nella funzione Category Marketing.

Che cosa ti rende un buon fit:

• Hai una laurea specialistica, o triennale seguita da un master, in Economia, Marketing, Comunicazione o Management con interesse ad intraprendere un percorso di crescita in ambito Marketing & Sales
• Hai un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
• Hai un'ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office e di Excel e buone doti analitiche
• Proattività, autonomia, forte orientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare in un contesto dinamico sono soft skills che ti contraddistinguono
• Hai eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali

We are looking for a Category Marketing intern to join our Marketing function within the Home Care, Personal Care and Beauty Business Unit, Personal Care division, in the Beauty division, based in Milan.

How you make the difference

You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns. Your efforts will help increase brand visibility, engage the target audience, and drive the overall growth and success of our products. By bringing new ideas and creative solutions, you will play a key role in shaping the brand's presence in the market.

How your agenda looks like:

• You will develop  business plans and short- and long-term marketing strategies.
• You will create product development plans and preparation of reports on the status of specific projects.
• You will prepare and present budget reviews and forecasts for assigned products.
• You will analyze of market data to provide insights that support the decision-making process.
• You will provide operational support for the planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of advertising campaigns in media, trade and consumer promotions, as well as programs related to pricing, quality, and packaging.

Your team:

You will directly report to the Product Manager in the Category Marketing function.

What makes you a great fit:

• You have a master's degree or a bachelor's degree followed by a master's in Economics, Marketing, Communication, or Management, with an interest in pursuing a career in Marketing & Sales
• You have an excellent command of the English language
• You have strong knowledge of the Office suite and Excel, along with good analytical skills
• Proactivity, autonomy, a strong results orientation, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment are your distinguishing soft skills
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
