Opportunity:

We are looking for a motivated and creative
Marketing Intern
to join our team in Milan. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the beauty industry, supporting the Niche Marketing Team in creating impactful brand and product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and communication plans;
  • Support the team in product launches, promotional events, and social media activities;
  • Help prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports;
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and alignment across marketing projects.

Competences:

Ideally, the person we are looking for this position should possess:

  • A degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Economics, or related fields;
  • A strong interest in the beauty industry;
  • Curiosity and analytical mindset to interpret data and inform campaign strategies;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus;
  • Team spirit and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
