Job Purpose
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Insights Intern to join our Marketing Insights team. As a Marketing Insights Intern, will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights supporting the team. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, the ability to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing performance across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels, applying Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to evaluate channel effectiveness and optimize budget allocation.
  • Interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and produce comprehensive reports on marketing performance and ROI.
  • Leverage testing outputs to recommend strategic adjustments and identify the most effective marketing channels.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data science and digital, to align insights with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate results, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Requirements
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or a related field.

Knowledge of various communication and marketing channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, events and traditional media.

Solid understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis techniques.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Knowledge of programming languages for data analysis (Python, R, SQL, ecc..)

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Fluency in written and spoken English
