Air Liquide Italy has three Business Lines:
- Large Industries: provides techical gases and related products in an enlarged offer with high added value for large industrial customers by means of specific delivery systems (pipelines)
- Industrial Merchant: develops the production and sale of liquids and conditioned gases, manages the on site production and services for industrial customers.
- Electronics: develops the market related to high purity gases for the semiconductor industry.

Through innovative technologies and services, Air Liquide Italy offers high value-added solutions that improve both industrial performances and environmental impact.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who will actively support key digital initiatives in Italy for 2026, focusing on improving marketing efficiency and mastering the lead lifecycle.

You will support the SWE Marketing team following this activities:

  • Support the team in the implementation and configuration of Lead Management functionalities within our Salesforce platform. This includes testing new features and ensuring data integrity.

  • Develop clear documentation to standardize and refine new lead management workflows across various digital channels, ensuring consistent and efficient handling of leads from both direct and indirect customers.

  • Actively assist in defining, mapping, and documenting campaign efficiency best practices and lead routing rules, optimizing the speed and quality of lead handover to sales

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to inform content strategy and strategic planning for digital campaigns targeting critical industrial sectors, including:

    • HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)

    • Beverage

    • Welding

  • Provide operational support in the execution of various digital projects (e.g., setting up webinars, newsletters, and preparing campaign assets). ​

Are you a MATCH?

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

  • IT Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, with advanced knowledge of Google Sheets.

  • Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)

  • Strong aptitude for teamwork and collaboration.

  • Excellent presentation and writing skills.

  • Smart and digital mindset

  • Good relationship skills.
