Position & Requirements

Robeco Italy is looking for a motivated intern to join our Marketing & Sales team on a fulltime basis for a period of 6 months (possibility to extend). This is your chance to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills while working alongside industry professionals.

What you'll do :

  • Assist our Sales team in managing client relationships and driving acquisition.
  • Prepare impactful client materials: presentations, tailored documents and information packages.
  • Adapt and review documents from English to Italian for local relevance.
  • Help create and localize marketing content that resonates with our audience.
  • Collaborate on communication initiatives and support event planning.

What we're looking for:

  • Final-year Bachelor or MSc student in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
  • Strong interest in asset management and finance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
  • Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
  • Available full-time for at least 6 months.
