KPMG Advisory
offers consulting services to companies to assist them in business model transformation, process improvement and digitisation, risk analysis and management, and support in extraordinary finance transactions. When you join the Non Financial Risk team in Milan , you are going to work on organizational and methodological issues within complex Risk Management projects following both regulatory and managerial goals for top-tier clients in the Financial Services sector.

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

  • risk and scenario analysis on specific non-financial risk areas or activities of the company;
  • Analysis of external and internal regulations and market best practices;
  • implementation and review of governance, reporting and mitigation models and processes for operational, reputational and other non financial risks (e.g. ESG and ICT risk);
  • Quantitative and qualitative data analysis of non financial risks topics;
  • scouting and creating business cases for the application of Artificial Intelligence for more effective management of non-financial risks;
  • conducting stress test analysis from both managerial and regulatory perspectives.

Skills

This is the perfect opportunity for you if:

  • master's degree (obtained or in the process of obtaining) in business, statistics, engineering, physics or any other quantitative faculty;
  • excellent knowledge of the English language, preferably backed up by study and/or work experience abroad;
  • excellent knowledge of the Office package;
  • Working knowledge of software and programming languages (e.g. R, Python) and Gen AI tools;
  • Knowledge of Risk Management topics is considered a plus.
