Specifically, when you join the
Customer & Operations Team
in
Rome
, you will also be part of the biggest revolution underway, rethinking the customer operating models from a digital perspective. You will work closely with companies at the forefront of innovation and you will assist our clients throughout their
digital transformation process
. You will be involved in large-scale disruption projects for major Italian and international clients.

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

  • Governance of the business process mapping and re-engineering project
  • Organisational analysis and design
  • Project and change management
  • Target operating model design

Skills
Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics
This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

  • A master's degree in Management Engineering or Energy Engineering
  • Organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad
