TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER PLASTICS & RUBBER (M/F/D)

Remote-based position within Italy, requiring frequent travel (approximately 60–70%) for customer visits

What awaits you
  • You advise and support customers in the plastics and rubber industries.
  • You hold full sales and profit responsibility for your customer portfolio in Italy, including key accounts.
  • You actively drive business growth by expanding existing business and acquiring new customers.
  • Strengthening and developing long-term relationships with existing customers is a key part of the role.
  • You conduct market research, identify relevant market trends, and successfully translate them into business opportunities.
What we expect
  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant industry experience
  • Open-minded individual with a hands-on, proactive

    attitude
  • Highly structured work approach with the ability to operate independently
  • Very good command of MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 60–70% of the time, primarily for customer visits in Italy)
