We are looking for a Social Media Intern starting from January 2026.

As a Social Media Intern, you will contribute to the Digital Team, the unit responsible for all projects and playgrounds within Red Bull's marketing plan. You will support the development of social content, help identify new trends and communities and bring fresh perspectives that reflect the evolution of platforms and audience languages.

Working closely with the team, you will contribute to social media planning, production preparation, and project activation, helping strengthen Red Bull's brand perception among our core audiences.

Digital & Social Media Support

Support the creation of social editorial plans, with a focus on TikTok and YouTube.

Contribute to identifying new trends, communities, and relevant platforms through scouting activities.

Provide support in organizing and preparing content-related materials needed for social planning.

Project & Production Support

Manage files, documents, and internal reports needed by the team and stakeholders.

Assist in the preparation of production plans and in the use of internal tools, following training.

Help coordinate information and materials needed for project development

On-Field Support

Support the team during events across Italy, contributing to on-site activities.

Assist in gathering materials or information required after events.

Project Areas

Sports: motorsport, bike, football and the Red Bull athlete roster.

Music: Red Bull 64 Bars and Red Bull Droppa.

Qualifiche

Recent graduate or student in Communication, Sports Communication, or creative institutes (e.g., IED, Accademia di Comunicazione).

Strong enthusiasm for communication and daily use of social media.

Particular interest in TikTok and YouTube, with good understanding of platform dynamics.

Initial experience (preferred) in creating social editorial plans and/or interacting with media or online communities.

Fresh and innovative perspective to help evolve Red Bull's existing channels.

Precision and strong organizational skills, essential for supporting production planning.

Effective interpersonal and team collaboration skills.

Availability for frequent travel across Italy for events.

Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
