Gesucht wird eine Persönlichkeit, in der Proaktivität, Organisationstalent und Teamführung im Mittelpunkt stehen. In dieser Position fungierst du als zentrale Ansprechperson für operative Marketing- und Eventprojekte, koordinierst interne Teams und externe Partner und stellst sicher, dass Tagesgeschäft und Kampagnen reibungslos umgesetzt werden. Ideal für alle, die Verantwortung übernehmen, strategische Impulse einbringen und aktiv zum Erfolg eines Einkaufszentrums beitragen möchten.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Marketing & Kampagnen
    : Planung und Umsetzung von Kampagnen, Aktionen, saisonaler Promotionen, sowie Steuerung von Performance- und Awareness-Maßnahmen.
  • Eventorganisation
    : Ganzheitliche Organisation von Events, Koordination von Lieferanten, Logistik, Personaleinsatzplan, sowie operative Leitung vor Ort.
  • Operative Teamführung
    : Führung des operativen Teams, Aufgabenverteilung, Prioritätensetzung, Briefing und Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe.
  • Agentur- & Partnermanagement
    : Koordination externer Agenturen und Partner, Überwachung von Qualität und fristgerechter Umsetzung von Inhalten, Kampagnen und Co-Marketing-Aktionen.
  • Digitale Kanäle & CRM
    : Betreuung von Website, App, Newslettern, Datenbanken und Landingpages
  • Analyse, Reporting & Budget:
    Auswertung relevanter Kennzahlen, Ableitung von Aktionen, Verantwortung für das operative Budget, Unterstützung bei projektspezifischen Aufgaben;
  • Einbindung in die strategische Weiterentwicklung
    des Einkaufszentrums.

Dein Profil:

  • Konkrete Erfahrung in operativem Marketing, Retail und Eventmanagement, inklusive Koordination interner Teams und vollständiger Betreuung von Agenturen/Lieferanten (Briefing, Umsetzung, Reporting)
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur strategischen Planung und Denkweise
  • Hervorragendes Projektmanagement und ausgeprägter Sense of Ownership
  • Proaktive, lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit klarer und zeitgerechter Kommunikation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Social- und Online-Tools (Meta, Google), CMS, Newsletter-Systemen sowie grundlegenden Analyse-Tools
  • Gelegentliche Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- oder Feiertagseinsätzen für Events
  • Deutsch und Italienisch in Wort und Schrift
