More about this role
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly organized Partnership Executive to support the management and growth of FairPlay Sports Media's editorial and commercial partnerships in Italy.
Reporting directly to the Partnership Manager, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, finance, and tech) and external partners, with the goal of gradually gaining autonomy and ultimately managing one or more partnerships independently.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the activation and delivery of our editorial and commercial partnerships in Italy.
- Coordinating daily operations with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless execution.
- Monitoring live activities such as widget placements, banners, and editorial updates.
- Preparing reports and tracking key metrics to evaluate partnership performance.
- Managing partner materials and documentation (logos, credentials, specifications, presentations).
You will be accountable for:
- Delivering high-quality support and communication to partners at every stage of collaboration.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of partnership activities and deliverables.
- Meeting agreed timelines and ensuring all operational tasks are completed efficiently.
- Providing clear insights and feedback to the Partnership Manager to inform strategic decisions.
You will be supporting:
- The Partnership Manager, in managing and developing relationships with key partners.
- The Commercial Italy team, in preparing business cases, performance reports, and commercial materials.
- The wider FairPlay Sports Media team, in ensuring consistency, efficiency, and visibility across all partnerships.
Your skillset:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with confidence in working with data and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Italian.
- Team-oriented approach, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the sports betting or digital media industry is a plus.
