Within this stunning setting, the Cloud 7 Hotel Colere features 28 thoughtfully designed rooms and suites, offering a blend of comfort and contemporary alpine style. Guests will enjoy a wellness center dedicated to relaxation and rejuvenation, along with the variety of refined hospitality in lounge bar&ski, a la carte and self-service restaurants, the hotel embodies the perfect balance of adventure, wellness, and Italian charm.
JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Executive Chef and oversee all culinary operations, ensuring consistent quality, safety, and presentation standards.
- Design and curate seasonal menus that celebrate local Italian produce.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, HACCP, and safety standards.
- Monitor food costs, inventory, and kitchen budgets to optimize efficiency.
CONNECTION
- Collaborate with F&B, and Wellness teams to deliver unique guest experiences.
- Source and build relationships with local producers, artisans, and suppliers.
INNOVATION
- Innovate continuously along with Executive Chef, introducing new concepts, and dining experiences.
- Apply sustainable cooking methods, reducing waste and maximizing efficiency.
CURATION
- Ensure every dish reflects the brand's standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
- Curate personalized dining experiences for sky visitors, events, and special occasions.
- Balance menu design with guest preferences, dietary needs, and market trends.
LEADING THE WAY
- Mentor, train, and inspire the culinary team to deliver excellence and creativity.
- Represent Cloud 7 Colere as a culinary leader.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef in hotels or resorts.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and international culinary trends.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and mentoring skills.
- Expertise in menu development, cost control, and supplier management.
- Passionate, creative, and results-driven with a guest-first mindset.
