Skillvue is a Skill AI Assessment platform (SaaS) to hire top-skilled candidates and measure employee skill, culture, and leadership at scale to upskill and grow the workforce by leveraging AI. In today's evolving labour market, skills have become the top priority for HR departments and their importance will only continue to grow. Our platform enables companies to conduct Skill AI Assessments for both external and internal hiring, as well as targeted evaluations across their entire workforce.

The role

We are looking for a truly passionate individual who is eager to redefine how skills are analyzed, experiment with new ideas, and make a meaningful difference. A deep understanding of psychometrics is essential for success in this role. Your expertise will be crucial in validating and delivering assessments, ensuring our solutions are tailored to meet our customers' needs.

You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, such as Dr. Tony Lee, Ph.D. (Senior AI Psychometrician), the Product/Development Department, and our clients (including CHROs, HR Directors, HR Managers, Recruiters, etc.), to understand their unique needs and deliver the best assessments and a unique experience to our enterprise clients.

Joining us at this stage means you'll play a pivotal role in our start-up's success, working hand-in-hand with the founders to shape the future of our business

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Define, create, and validate customized assessments for our customers and our assessment platform.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into the onboarding process (Project Management).
  • Create reports and dashboards for our clients based on the assessments they run.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the team to create support materials, guides, and tutorials.

Specifically, we are looking for:

  • Degree in Psychology.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Psychometrics.
  • Fluent knowledge of Italian and English language.
  • Orientation to detail: you don't miss even the smallest piece of data.
  • Strong communication skills: you are able to explain complex ideas clearly and empathetically to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Love for the product: you are in love with what you do and how you do it.
  • Positive mindset: you don't find the problem, you find the solution to the problem without getting discouraged.
  • Great execution capabilities: you are laser-focused on the objectives.
