Marketplace Specialist
con forte esperienza nella gestione di
account Amazon Seller Central
e, possibilmente, di altri marketplace (es. eBay, ManoMano, Zalando, TikTok shop ecc.), da inserire nel team marketplace di agenzia.

Descrizione

La figura si occuperà di
gestire e far crescere più brand contemporaneamente
, coordinandosi con i clienti (es. industry: beauty, sigarette elettroniche) e con i reparti interni per garantire performance, coerenza strategica e risultati misurabili.

  • Gestione operativa e strategica di
    più account Amazon Seller Central
    e altri marketplace, con focus su crescita vendite, margini e posizionamento.
  • Creazione, ottimizzazione e aggiornamento dei
    cataloghi prodotti
    su diversi marketplace, tenendo conto di
    magazzini e logistiche differenti (FBA, FBM, 3PL, …)
    .
  • Sviluppo e ottimizzazione delle
    schede prodotto (SEO Amazon)
    : keyword research, titoli, descrizioni, bullet point, immagini e contenuti A+/Brand Store.
  • Definizione di
    strategie promozionali e pricing dinamico
    in funzione dei KPI e della stagionalità.
  • Elaborazione di
    report periodici dettagliati
    per ciascun cliente: analisi vendite, performance, stock, recensioni, buy box e trend competitivi.
  • Uso avanzato di
    Excel
    per analisi dati, automazioni, pivot e creazione di dashboard operative.
  • Interfaccia diretta con i brand clienti
    , condividendo report, insight e proposte strategiche per migliorare le performance.
  • Gestione di
    case e problematiche con il supporto Amazon
    , incluse policy, blocchi, reclami e manutenzione della salute degli account.
  • Monitoraggio della
    concorrenza e delle tendenze di mercato
    sui vari marketplace per suggerire nuove opportunità di crescita.
  • Gestione e ottimizzazione delle
    campagne Amazon Ads
    e analisi delle performance pubblicitarie.

Profilo del Candidato

  • Esperienza consolidata (almeno
    2-3 anni
    ) nella gestione di
    Amazon Seller Central
    , preferibilmente in contesto
    agenzia
    o multi-account.
  • Conoscenza approfondita delle logiche di
    SEO Amazon
    ,
    advertising
    ,
    pricing
    e
    gestione cataloghi
    su più marketplace.
  • Ottime capacità analitiche e
    uso avanzato di Excel
    (pivot, formule, analisi dati).
  • Abitudine a gestire più progetti contemporaneamente, con attenzione a scadenze e priorità e la capacità di coordinare il lavoro dei diversi team di progetto.
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale, orientamento al cliente e capacità di
    collaborare attivamente con i brand
    per raggiungere obiettivi comuni.
  • Livello minimo di
    Inglese
    B1.
