Technical Sales Specialist

This is a
part-time, permanent role
where you'll combine technical expertise with customer engagement to make a real impact in a fast-growing sector
What You'll Do:
- Deliver hands-on training to distributors and installers on product solutions, installation, and commissioning.
- Solve technical challenges and ensure smooth product adoption.
- Build strong relationships with key partners and gather insights to improve the portfolio.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with sales teams to validate forecasts and optimize product strategy.
What You'll Need:
- Background in Electrical Engineering or related technical/business studies.
- Experience in renewable energy (Solar PV preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Italian
- Flexibility to work in the Milan office
