Stage Insurance – Underwriting Assistant

In AXA XL Italy siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire nella nostra sede di Milano nel team Middle Office per la posizione di Underwriting Assistant.

Inizierai un percorso professionale nel settore Insurance con un periodo di stage retribuito di 6 mesi, durante il quale entrerai a far parte di un grande gruppo multinazionale.

What you'll be DOING

All'interno del dipartimento Operations di AXA XL Italy, entrerai a far parte del team che ha l'obiettivo di dare vita ed attivare la copertura assicurativa per i rischi complessi.

Ti relazionerai sul mercato esterno con intermediari assicurativi (broker), all'interno dell'organizzazione con tutti i dipartimenti dagli Assuntori (Underwriter), ai Commerciali, al Finance, e ai Sinistri, comunicando anche con il nostro network di colleghi all'estero per attivare programmi assicurativi in altri paesi europei ed extra EU. 

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

· Verificare le condizioni di accettazione della richiesta del cliente, interagendo con soggetti esterni (l'intermediario assicurativo) e interni (dipartimento assunzione dei rischi)

· Essere il punto di riferimento per i soggetti esterni e interni, oltre ai colleghi all'estero per la gestione dei clienti internazionali

· Monitorare, pianificare ed emettere i documenti contrattuali, coordinandoti con il tuo tutor, con il tuo team e soggetti interni ed esterni alla Società

·   Gestire e monitorare l'evoluzione delle performance attraverso i dati forniti dai sistemi aziendali, a livello di qualità, velocità e esigenze del cliente 

What you will BRING

Cerchiamo una persona motivata con le seguenti competenze/abilità:

·      Background di studi/Laurea in discipline economiche, statistiche, bancario- assicurative

·      Entusiasmo e curiosità per il mondo assicurativo dei grandi rischi industriali

·      Comunicare e lavorare in inglese e italiano

·      Organizzare e pianificare le proprie attività, gestendo in modo efficace il tempo

·      Ascoltare e comunicare in modo efficace, adattandosi ai diversi interlocutori e ai cambiamenti in maniera proattiva

·    Lavorare in team con persone con diverse competenze, provenienti da diversi luoghi e culture per raggiungere obiettivi collettivi

·       Analizzare dati e utilizzarli in modo efficace per la propria analisi

·       Utilizzare il pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)

Il tuo tutor sarà il Team Leader Operations.
