Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire in stage all'interno del nostro dipartimento
Sales,
con l'obiettivo di supportare le attività operative e amministrative a supporto della rete commerciale.
Principali attività
- Supporto amministrativo nelle attività di onboarding e offboarding del personale commerciale, inclusa la preparazione e gestione della documentazione necessaria;
- Smistamento delle richieste provenienti dalla rete vendita verso i reparti interni competenti;
- Gestione operativa della casella e-mail;
- Comunicazione periodica con la rete vendita (materiali, guide, aggiornamenti);
- Supporto nel calcolo e nella gestione di bonus e provvigioni.
Requisiti
- Forte interesse per il settore commerciale
- Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative
- Capacità organizzazitive, precisione e attenzione al dettaglio
- Dimistichezza con gli strumenti digitali
- Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office
