You will join the HSE function, and you will be involved in improving safety and ergonomics through procedure creation, risk management, training, data analysis, and site collaboration. This internship offers hands-on experience, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

You will support your tutor in:

· Redacting Corporate Procedures and implementing Ergonomics Risk reduction programs.

· Conducting training sessions on Technical Safety matters.

· Analyzing HSE-related data and support Pirelli sites in adopting technical and organizational validated solutions using digital tools.

· Deploying Risk Assessment-driven processes.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· Degree in technical or scientific studies (such as Tecniche della prevenzione nell'ambiente e nei luoghi di lavoro, Scienze delle Professioni Sanitarie della Prevenzione, Ingegneria per la sicurezza del lavoro e dell'ambiente, Ingegneria della prevenzione e della sicurezza nell'industria di processo).

· Fluency in Italian and English.

· Very good knowledge of Office and database management.

· Comprehensive knowledge about Safety (Machineries, Ergonomics, etc,…) regulation, related standard and best practices.

· Good communication and team work skills.
