YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Sidel is looking for a Beverage & Beer Technology Expert who will report directly to the Beverage & Beer Product Support Director. The expert will be responsible for following and coordinating the troubleshooting of microbiological issues, technological parameters on beer products (DO, TPO, CO2 consumption), and technological parameters on the CSD platform (Brix and CO2) on regular equipment. He will also be accountable for supporting RCA by following the issue resolution process, defining the consequent plan of recovery and corrective actions, and interacting with other specific departments.
Additionally, He will support LPE in data analysis to ensure that line efficiency is aligned with technological parameters

YOUR MISSION
  • Leads competencies on Beer and CSD, trade-associated equipment, and line equipment;
  • Secure troubleshooting for technological issues on B&B machines and associated trade equipment;
  • Support the availability of field methods for installation, qualification, technical analysis, repair, and maintenance activities;
  • Execute RCA on technological issues, supporting the consequent plan of recovery and corrective actions;
  • Secure the application of retrofits on B&B products installed base, where necessary;
  • Participate in L3/L4 equipment FAT (workshop) & installation, start-up, validation;
  • Support Regional Product Support during start-up and commissioning of L3/L4 equipment;
  • Intervene on-site in case of technical issues that require specific RCA & troubleshooting;
  • Support in the workshop prototype internal qualification (run-off);
  • Participate in design reviews to properly define technology key parameters and support the definition of the associated qualification plan;
  • Report to the engineering department and supply the technological improvements implemented on-site;
  • Support on-site for external qualification of product modifications and variants;
  • Discuss and analyze technological challenges with program and product managers.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Technical expertise on Product;
  • Project management;
  • Good reporting capability;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Attitude to problem solving (trouble shooting and RCA) and Customer oriented;
  • Good Interpersonal skills, especially ability to communicate with different target groups (technicians, customers, etc.);
  • Knowledge of the product (Blower – Mixer - Filler -Tunnel);
  • Sidel portfolio knowledge is a plus.
