Export & Logistics Specialist (Internship / Stage
) to join our global Logistics team and become a fundamental support to daily operations

.This role is offered as an
internship (stage
) and is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international luxury environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, positive attitude

.The role will report directly to the
Logistics Manage
r, acting as a key support and operational partner across logistics and warehouse activities

.Experience or strong interest in working within a growth-oriented company, as well as an interest in luxury and lifestyle brands, is highly valued

What you'll do**

:

As a Logistics Specialist Intern, you will support the team with the following activiti

  • es:Maintaining the warehouse in an orderly and well-organized man

  • cksSupporting physical inventory counts on a quarterly ba

  • ionManaging shipments and returns to and from offices, pop-ups, events, and photo sho
  • otsOrganizing all goods movements and preparing the related documentation (proforma invoices, delivery notes, air waybil
  • ls)Updating stock levels and ensuring data accuracy across all syst
  • emsMaintaining and updating gifting and loan files in alignment with internal syst
  • emsSending manual picking lists to the warehouse to support office reque
  • stsManaging orders for packaging stock and all materials required for shipme
