We are now looking for an IT Specialist to support our Southern Europe region (Italy, Spain, Portugal) and contribute to the smooth operation of our local IT services.

The Role

As an IT Specialist, you will ensure high-quality IT support across our subsidiaries in Italy, Spain, and Portugal. Acting as the main local interface with our Group IT Department, you will manage onsite technical needs, support key rollouts (e.g. Windows upgrades), maintain assets, and ensure compliance with corporate IT standards.

Your contribution will be essential to guaranteeing user satisfaction, security awareness, and the reliability of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage local IT tickets via ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and escalating only when physical intervention is required
• Provide technical support for hardware and software (laptops, docking stations, headsets, printers, video‑conference equipment, Avaya phones)
• Prepare devices for new hires: first‑login credentials, configuration, imaging, and formatting according to standards
• Maintain and update the hardware/software asset inventory; manage warranty and RMA requests and interact with suppliers
• Support the local technical room (servers, switches, UPS) and coordinate with Group IT for infrastructure changes
• Administer printer access rights and perform remote configurations
• Promote IT security awareness and ensure compliance with Intune and corporate security policies
• Verify third‑party application compliance before installation
• Participate in Group IT projects (Intune rollout, Windows 11 upgrades, CMS updates) and perform assigned local tasks
• Plan and manage laptop replacements, including lifecycle management of rental devices (20 PCs expiring end of 2026)
• Deliver short training sessions to end‑users on Manutan tools
• Travel occasionally to HQ in France (Gonesse) and to Lisbon, plus additional visits to Spain or Portugal when needed

Your Profile

Hard Skills

• Strong experience in endpoint management (Windows imaging, Intune/MDM)
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory/Azure AD, ServiceNow
• Basic networking and server administration (switches, VLAN, UPS)
• Experience with asset management, warranty/RMA processes
• Familiarity with IT security best practices

Soft Skills

• Customer‑oriented and collaborative mindset.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
• Detail‑focused and organized.

Experience & Education

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration, ideally in international environments
• Higher professional education in IT or equivalent practical experience

Languages

• English and Italian: mandatory
• Spanish/Portuguese: strong plus
• French: an additional advantage, as the role interacts with the Group IT team at the French HQ
