OPERATIONS & DELIVERY MANAGER

Sede Trentino

La sua responsabilità riguarda la pianificazione, il coordinamento e l'ottimizzazione di tutte le attività operative, assicurando che i servizi di mobilità vengano erogati nel rispetto degli standard di qualità, sicurezza e sostenibilità aziendale.

Il ruolo:

Delivery - Costruzione impianti
: supervisiona tutte le fasi, dalla pianificazione alla messa in esercizio degli impianti di ricarica, assicurando il rispetto di tempi, budget, standard qualitativi e normativi; coordina team interni, fornitori e subappaltatori e gestisce la connessione con i DSO.

Operations – Gestione impianti
: gestisce la piattaforma CPO, si occupa del set up e della connessione delle stazioni di ricarica, monitora le performance operative con report periodici, negozia e gestisce i contratti di operation, effettua test hardware e organizza il supporto clienti e gli interventi di rispristino.

I requisiti:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria (preferibilmente Elettrica, Energetica, Gestionale o Civile)
  • Esperienza in ruoli di Operations, Project Management o Delivery di progetti complessi
  • Esperienza nella gestione end to end di cantieri o progetti di installazione impiantistica (pianificazione, autorizzazioni, costruzione, collaudo, esercizio)

Preferenziali:

  • Conoscenza delle normative tecniche e di sicurezza applicabili agli impianti elettrici e infrastrutture di ricarica
  • Esperienza nella gestione di fornitori e appaltatori (EPC, contractors, subappaltatori, manutentori)
  • Capacità di analisi e controllo costi, familiarità con budgeting e reporting operativi
  • Padronanza di strumenti di project amanagement (MS Project, Primavera, Asana ecc) e di Office Suite (Excel, Power BI o simili)
  • Abitudine a gestire scadenze multiple e priorità in contesti complessi e in rapida evoluzione
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione con stakeholder tecnici e commerciali
  • Disponibilità a trasferte
