After a solid expertise across Automotive, and Goods, the company has recently launched a Food & Beverage division with the mission to fulfil the growing request of Italian food excellence in international markets.
The Role
The candidate will play a key role in the development and consolidation of the Automotive business, actively contributing to the growth of the client portfolio and to positioning Wit Logistics as a leading logistics partner for national and international automotive operators.
Key Responsibilities
· Commercial development of the Automotive division in line with the company strategy.
· Acquisition and development of customer portfolio including OEMs, importers, logistics opersators and dealer networks
· Management and coordination of participation in OEM tenders and bidding processes (RFQs, RFPs, e-auctions) for the award of logistics contracts, including analysis of technical and commercial requirements and bid preparation.
· Definition, presentation, and negotiation of commercial offers for spot services and long-term contracts.
· Market analysis and identification of industry trends and new business opportunities.
· Coordination with operational teams to design efficient and competitive logistics solutions.
· Monitoring commercial performance and supporting the budget definition process.
Requirements
· Experience (5+ years) in Sales / Business Development roles within automotive logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding.
· Knowledge of integrated logistics services: road, sea, rail, and intermodal.
· Experience in bidding processes.
· Strong focus on business development and management of structured clients.
· Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
· High level of autonomy and strategic mindset.
Education and Languages
· Degree in Economics, International Management, Logistics, or related fields.
· Fluent English.
