Sales Representative – Logistics, Freight Division

The RoleThe candidate will join the Freight Division, reporting directly to the Commercial Director, and will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of B2B clients, with a focus on international freight forwarding services.
The role combines business development and account management, working closely with operations and partner networks to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop new business opportunities through active prospecting and relationship building with industrial and commercial clients.
· Manage and expand an assigned client portfolio, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
· Promote and sell international freight solutions (road, sea, air, intermodal), including value-added logistics services.
· Prepare and negotiate commercial offers in coordination with the operations and pricing teams.
· Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
· Ensure accurate CRM reporting and pipeline management.
Requirements
· Proven experience in a sales role within freight forwarding, logistics, or transport services.
· Solid knowledge of international freight processes and Incoterms.
· Strong commercial mindset with a results-driven approach.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
· Strong ability to work under pressure, managing urgent requests, quotations, and negotiations typical of international freight operations.
Education and Languages
· Degree (not mandatory) in Economics, International Management, Logistics, or related fields. Priority will be given to candidates with proven experience in freight forwarding and international logistics.
· Fluent English; Spanish knowledge will be considered a plus
