**Sales Representative - Logistics, Freight Division**

After a solid expertise across Automotive, and Goods, the company has recently launched a Food & Beverage division with the mission to fulfil the growing request of Italian food excellence in international markets.
The role combines business development and account management, working closely with operations and partner networks to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop new business opportunities through active prospecting and relationship building with industrial and commercial clients.
- Manage and expand an assigned client portfolio, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Promote and sell international freight solutions (road, sea, air, intermodal), including value-added logistics services.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial offers in coordination with the operations and pricing teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure accurate CRM reporting and pipeline management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a sales role within freight forwarding, logistics, or transport services.
- Solid knowledge of international freight processes and Incoterms.
- Strong commercial mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, managing urgent requests, quotations, and negotiations typical of international freight operations.
**Education and Languages**
- Fluent English; Spanish knowledge will be considered a plus
