Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled
ServiceNow Technical Lead
to join our team and play a critical role in leading the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform supporting our GEO and LEO satellite services. In this position, you'll work closely with product managers, IT engineers, and process owners, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.

Who You Are:

You are an expert IT professional with a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices. With a strong technical background on ServiceNow Platform, you excel at guiding the delivery of high-quality IT services. You are passionate about improving processes and driving efficiency, and you thrive in collaborative environments. Your excellent communication skills enable you to engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and understanding of ITSM initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow Platform, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
  • Oversee the configuration and administration of ServiceNow platform, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization and support effective service delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Review business processes to leverage ServiceNow platform capabilities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document ITSM policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Analyze service performance metrics and reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and business units, ensuring that ITSM initiatives align with business objectives and deliver value.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ITSM trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend enhancements to improve service management capabilities

What You'll Need:

  • MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with workflows in key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITOM) and a solid understanding of their configuration and administration. ServiceNow Application Developer certification is a plus.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketplace and technology changes pertinent to ServiceNow.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices, with relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL v4, ITIL Expert) preferred.
  • Strong experience working with contractors, vendors, and suppliers
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
