Sample Coordinator

Il/la candidato/a sarà responsabile della gestione operativa e del coordinamento delle attività del Dipartimento Service all'interno del Worldwide Press Office, garantendo un servizio efficiente, puntuale e allineato alla strategia globale dei Brand.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Gestione operativa delle copie di sfilata e del campionario commerciale;
  • Coordinamento dell'approvvigionamento e della movimentazione dei capi per attività di product placement (media e VIP);
  • Gestione delle spedizioni dei samples a livello internazionale e monitoraggio delle richieste;
  • Organizzazione e supervisione del magazzino e dello showroom (ordine, tracciabilità, allestimento e ripristino capi);
  • Coordinamento delle attività logistiche per press day, open day ed eventi;
  • Gestione e distribuzione dei materiali di comunicazione e press kit verso il network PR internazionale;
  • Utilizzo e gestione della piattaforma Fashion GPS per la movimentazione dei capi e dei materiali fotografici;
  • Supervisione e coordinamento del team Service e gestione della comunicazione con stakeholder interni ed esterni.

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza minima di 6 anni in ruolo analogo nel settore moda;
  • Elevata sensibilità di prodotto e conoscenza delle dinamiche PR e showroom;
  • Ottime capacità organizzative, di pianificazione e gestione delle priorità;
  • Capacità di coordinamento e sviluppo delle risorse;
  • Ottima conoscenza di Fashion GPS;
  • Inglese fluente.
