Chef Pasticcere
appassionato, motivato ed esperto, capace di coniugare tradizione e innovazione per valorizzare l'offerta dolciaria della struttura.
La figura entrerà a far parte di un importante progetto di riqualificazione, con particolare attenzione al potenziamento dell'esperienza colazione.
Lo Chef Pasticcere, riportando allo Chef Executive, sarà responsabile di un team composto da 6 persone e avrà un ruolo chiave nell'organizzazione del laboratorio, nella definizione dell'offerta e nella garanzia degli standard qualitativi.
In particolare, si occuperà di:
- Coordinare e supervisionare la produzione dolciaria giornaliera
- Sviluppare e innovare il menù delle colazioni, mantenendo coerenza con il posizionamento della struttura
- Ideare proposte per ristoranti, bar, eventi e room service
- Curare la formazione e la motivazione del team di pasticceria
- Gestire ordini
- Garantire il rispetto delle normative igienico-sanitarie (HACCP)
Il profilo ideale ha una comprovata esperienza nel ruolo, maturata in contesti alberghieri di alto livello o in ristorazione gourmet. È una persona creativa, precisa, appassionata del proprio lavoro e con una forte attenzione alla qualità.
Completano il profilo:
- Competenze tecniche nella pasticceria classica e contemporanea
- Capacità di leadership e gestione del team
- Spirito d'iniziativa e apertura al cambiamento
- Flessibilità e adattabilità a un contesto in evoluzione

Il pacchetto retributivo sarà personalizzato, tenendo conto del livello di esperienza e delle competenze specifiche.
