Da oltre vent'anni integra competenze avanzate in ICT, Automazione, Elettronica e Ingegneria, con un approccio multidisciplinare e una visione internazionale.Posizione:Siamo alla ricerca di unAutomation Business Managercon esperienza nel settore dell'automazione industriale, che avrà la responsabilità di guidare la crescita della Business Unit, sviluppare partnership strategiche, coordinare team tecnici e commerciali e contribuire alla definizione della vision di sviluppo.Responsabilità principali:Definire e implementare la strategia commerciale della BU Automation.Analizzare il mercato e identificare nuove opportunità di business.Coordinare e sviluppare un team multidisciplinare (sales, engineering, PM).Gestire budget, margini e P&L della Business Unit.Collaborare con clienti strategici, integratori, OEM e partner tecnologici.Supportare lo sviluppo di soluzioni innovative di automazione, robotica e digitalizzazione industriale.Garantire la qualità e la redditività dei progetti.Requisiti:Laurea in Ingegneria (preferibilmente Meccatronica, Automazione, Elettronica o simili).Minimo 5–8 anni di esperienza in ruoli di responsabilità nel mercato dell'automazione/robotica.Competenza nella gestione P&L e nella definizione di strategie commerciali.Capacità di leadership, gestione team e negoziazione.Conoscenza del mercato industriale (OEM, End User, System Integrator).Ottimo inglese (B2/C1).Plus apprezzatiConoscenza di soluzioni Industry 4.0, SCADA, MES, AI per automazione.Networking consolidato nel settore.Altre informazioni:Sede:GenovaContratto:CCNL MetalmeccanicoRange RAL: >60K
