Job Description

We're looking for a graduate in Statistics or Computer Engineering with a passion for data analysis and business intelligence.

Join a young, dynamic, and collaborative team, where you'll receive hands-on training and the opportunity to grow quickly into an independent contributor, supporting both the development team and the wider organization.

You'll be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, working on local and International projects.

What You'll Do

  • Design data pipelines for ETL/ELT processes, integrating diverse sources (business systems, cloud, APIs).
  • Define data architectures such as Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and tabular models to support BI.
  • Develop solutions on Microsoft data platform on premise and on Azure (Synapse Analytics, Databricks)
  • Manage relational databases with SQL, ensuring performance and scalability.
  • Create reports and dashboards with Power BI, supporting business decision-making

Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience

  • Minimum experience in designing and implementing data engineering solutions on Microsoft technologies.
  • Familiarity with all or some of the following components/technologies:
  • SQL Server
  • Synapse Analytics/Databricks
  • SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Python
  • Visual Studio
  • Github/devops
  • Experience in building ETL/ELT pipelines is highly appreciated, as well as experience in developing reports and tabular models in Power BI, applying best practices for interactive dashboards.

Languages: Fluent Italian and English
