We are currently recruiting a talented trainee lawyer to join our Litigation team in Milan.

You will be supporting senior lawyers and partners who are focused on commercial litigation and act in disputes encompassing a wide range of areas and several industries.

The team mainly provides assistance in advising multinational clients and litigating commercial disputes in both court and arbitral proceedings.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Legal research and due diligence;
  • Assistance in drafting legal opinions;
  • Assistance in contract drafting;
  • Analysis of contractual agreements and other legal documents;
  • Full engagement and involvement in client matters.

About You

  • Law degree with great academic results;
  • Candidates will preferably expect to sit for the first session of Italian Bar Exam in 2026;
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills in Italian and English;
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in commercial and civil litigation is preferred and will be considered a plus;
  • Service minded, organized and able to meet deadlines;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Personal commitment and learning attitude;
  • Energetic and entrepreneurial mind-set;
  • Motivated and team player.
