Your Mission
You will build and lead Allotex's financial backbone in Europe
, creating structure, control, and data visibility across a fast-growing MedTech company.

role for someone eager to bring automation, rigor, and clarity to an organization scaling from R&D to commercialization.
Core Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Control
- Direct and execute budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for EU and US entities.
- Implement management control systems: variance analysis, cost centers, and dashboards.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reports for management, Board, and investors (P&L, cash, forecast vs. actuals).
- Ensure full US GAAP and Italian GAAP compliance, managing monthly close and external audits.
- Supervise statutory financial statements with local accounting and audit firms.
- Build the multi-year plan and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
Accounting, Treasury & Operations
- Oversee and organize accounting accuracy, tax, and compliance through external providers.
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and intercompany flows (EU US).
- Monitor liquidity, working capital, and cost control to ensure stability.
- Lead ERP and digital finance tools implementation to enable a data-first, automated environment.
- Coordinate relationships with banks, auditors, accountants, and consultants.
Decision Support & Business Partnering
- Collaborate with the CEO on financial planning, board materials, and capital allocation.
- Translate financial data into actionable insights driving commercial and operational decisions.
- Strengthen financial discipline and accountability across teams through simple, data-driven processes.
Growth Path
This role is designed to evolve into Group CFO as operations scale and commercialization expands.
Education & Experience
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or Management Engineering; MBA, CPA, or ACCA a plus.
- 6-8 years of experience as Finance Manager / Controller / Finance Director in MedTech, Biotech, or tech scale-ups.
- Proven US GAAP and Italian GAAP knowledge, reporting, and audit experience.
- Hands-on experience with ERP / BI systems and digital process automation.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
Skills & Traits
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills; reliable and detail-oriented.
- Hands-on execution with strategic thinking — able to build from zero.
- Strong communicator and partner across multicultural teams.
- Data-first mindset: confident using tools like Power BI, NetSuite, or similar.

Compensation
